Plating for dissimilar metal bonding
It is a plating for brazing different metals such as titanium and stainless steel, superelastic alloys, and copper alloys. Of course, no special equipment or technology is required.
If you apply nickel plating to the material you want to solder, it will allow for easy soldering using standard soldering equipment, as it will be nickel soldering. This nickel plating must be heat-resistant and should allow silver solder to flow easily. Regular shiny nickel plating can become hard and crack under temperatures as high as 1000°C due to the effects of the shiny material during soldering. Of course, even with metals that are difficult to plate or bond, such as titanium, superelastic materials, and stainless steel, proper pre-treatment for each material can result in good adhesion of the plating.
